StockLens ("we", "us", or "our") operates the StockLens platform. This Return and Refund Policy informs you of our policies regarding refunds for the digital services we provide.

1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all products and services offered by StockLens, including but not limited to:
- Monthly Pro Subscriptions
- Quarterly Pro Subscriptions
- One-time "Pro Pass" purchases
- Enterprise analytics license agreements
By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Nature of Service
StockLens provides sophisticated, real-time analytics and proprietary intelligence for Adobe Stock contributors. Upon processing your payment, you are granted immediate access to:
- Real-time performance tracking algorithms.
- Historical data ingestion and processing engines.
- Market trend forecasting models.
- Niche analysis and keyword optimization layers.
Due to the immediate delivery of these digital insights and the high-value computational overhead required to process your initial portfolio data, the value of the service is considered consumed at the point of access.
3. Strict Non-Refundable Standard
All payments made to StockLens are strictly non-refundable.
This "no-refund" policy is firm and applies regardless of:
- The amount of time you have used the service.
- Whether or not you have actively logged into the platform after purchase.
- The degree of success or financial gain you experience using our insights.
- Any change in your status as an Adobe Stock contributor.
- Potential fluctuations in Adobe Stock's API availability or tracking accuracy.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive any right to a refund, return, or exchange of the digital service provided.
4. Subscription Management and Cancellation
While payments are non-refundable, you retain full control over your future billing cycles.
4.1 Cancellation Process
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Account Settings and select "Manage Subscription". Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
4.2 Effective Date of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next Billing Cycle. However, your current Pro access will remain active and fully functional until the end of the current paid billing period.
4.3 No Pro-Rata Credits
StockLens does not provide pro-rata refunds, credits, or partial returns for cancellation mid-cycle. If you cancel your subscription three days into a thirty-day cycle, you will still have access for the remaining twenty-seven days, and no partial refund will be issued.
5. Billing Disputes and Erroneous Charges
We are committed to billing accuracy and ethical payment processing.
5.1 Erroneous Charges
In the event that our system performs a double-charge or processes a transaction that was not authorized due to a technical fault on our end, StockLens will issue a correction or full refund for the specific erroneous transaction upon internal verification.
5.2 Reporting Discrepancies
Users must report any billing discrepancies to our team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for review or correction.

6. Exceptional Technical Outages
We strive for 100% uptime, but we recognize that digital infrastructure can experience interruptions.
6.1 Definition of Major Outage
A "Major Outage" is defined as a total loss of Service access due to a failure in StockLens's internal systems for more than 48 consecutive business hours.
6.2 Service Credits
In the event of a Major Outage, StockLens may, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide Subscription extensions or Service credits to affected users. These credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be converted into a refund.
7. Third-Party API Dependency
StockLens depends on the availability of the Adobe Stock Contributor API. While we maintain a robust integration, we are not liable for outages, changes in data structure, or limitations imposed by Adobe. Interruptions caused by third-party services do not qualify for refunds or service credits.
8. Chargeback Policy
We encourage users to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with their financial institution.
8.1 Account Suspension
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment processor may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your StockLens account.
8.2 Data Loss
Suspension due to a chargeback will result in the loss of all historical tracking data, custom portfolio filters, and historical analytics associated with your account. We reserve the right to refuse future service to any individual or entity that has initiated an unjustified chargeback.
